The selection of welding method for stainless steel and brass largely depends on the size of the weldment. For smaller welds, such as those for small parts, soft soldering can be utilized with the help of WE53 liquefied gas spray gun, WE88C welding wire, and WE88C-F welding flux. On the other hand, for medium-sized welds, argon arc welding is highly recommended, provided that the welding wall thickness or plate thickness can produce a molten pool. MIG welding, which employs 204S MIG coil wire welding, can also be considered for larger parts, taking into account the efficiency aspect. However, MIG welding is a technique that is not commonly employed for such purposes.
